As flexibility and technology become the key driving forces in the new world, billionaire investor Ray Dalio believes the workplace would never revert to pre-pandemic norms.

“The future of the workplace will most likely be defined by two factors: customisation and technology. We’ve been given the gift of being able to reassess our actions “Dalio remarked this at CNBC’s @Work Summit on Wednesday. “I don’t believe we’ll ever return to the old world.”
